Message From Ray (The Spirit Guides) – Embrace More Of Your True Self

We are most appreciative of the opportunity to speak with you at this time. We are here as lovers of life, beings of light, the do-gooders if you will.

We are here to show you that you have access to infinite resources.

There is no need for you to be stuck, feel unloved, unworthy, or unappreciated.

Because your higher self knows your true worth, your true nature, and your true beingness.

You deny it at times, but we are here to say, that it is time for you to access more of your true nature, more of your beingness, more of your true spirit without fear.

You see, a lot of you have rejected the self. You’ve been taught to believe that some of the traits that you have, are not worthy of being seen.

If you are a sensitive being, that part of you is not being shown because you have been taught to deny that part of yourself.

It’s not okay to cry. It’s not okay to show your emotion. It’s not okay to feel deeply. Toughen up – is what you’ve been told.

We are here to say, do not deny these very special parts of yourself dear.

Some of you have been told you are too loud, too boisterous, and/or too confident in yourself. So you close up, and don’t show those parts of yourself dear.

We are here to say, for those of you who have felt that confidence before, that knowing, and have been told to somehow repress that – you have been told the wrong information.

We are here to say, those qualities that come naturally to you are a part of your being. You cannot get rid of them. You cannot kill them off. They are a part of you for a reason.

If you are sensitive. You are meant to be sensitive. You are meant to understand and value the emotional background that you have. You are meant to understand the emotions in a beautiful way – so that you can learn how to get a handle on those emotions that may be out of balance.

Every trait that you have that comes naturally to you, is of value dear. So don’t deny yourself.

We are here to say, now is the time for you to embrace your fullness. Your confidence, your qualities, your gifts, your abilities. It is time for you to embrace them and stop apologizing for who you are.

The most important thing that we want you to know is that you have a right to be here. You have a right to create and to express. You have a right to voice your opinion about your life. You have a right to live. You have a right to be.

You were born for those specific purposes. So that you can contribute here, during this time, to this life dear.

Your preferences, your dreams, your concepts, and ideas – they all matter.

Sometimes we have to try to convince you that what you have inside matters. It matters to the world. It matters to those around you. It matters dear.

We see some of you holding back and closing your heart. Not sharing your true self because you are afraid that someone will not like you.

Maybe they won’t like what you say, they won’t understand you, but you are here to be true to your self dear.

Your soul is here to express itself through you. In any way. In any form. Your soul is love. Your soul is balanced. Your soul is compassionate. It’s alive, it’s breathing, it’s enjoying life, and that energy is here to express itself through you.

That is your soul’s greatest desire – to express itself through you.

In other words, you are the being that it came here to be.

Your soul right now is aware of you, and your soul has depth, range, variety, and treasures for you to discover.

It is calling you towards more of yourself. It has things for you to feel, more for you to become, more for you to experience, and you shy away from your potential because of the beliefs that you hold onto. Because you may not yet be ready to step into your new life.

Only you have the power to say, “I’m ready”.

You are freer than you think you are.

We are here to convince you of your worthiness, but it is ultimately up to you to pull back the layers of shame, guilt, and lies that you’ve been told about yourself so that you can see your true beingness and radiate that.

All we can do is stand in your light and radiate to you what you are – strongly. Hoping that you will get a glimpse of how precious, valuable, and good you are.

We are here to say, we love to meet with you.

We are here, as we said, as beings of light. It is our expectation that everyone on the planet will experience there true selves.

Once you get a whiff of what you are, what you’re made of, and what creator you come from – you will never want to go back to a life of lies, of degradation, and of feeling unworthy because you will know who and what you truly are.

We are willing to point you in the direction of it, but you must accept it for yourself dear. You must know that you too, are beings of light, love, and of compassion. You are here to share your soul, your depth, your range, your variety, your artistry with this world – unapologetically.

That is our message that we have for you today dear, blessing be to you – dear one.

Ray

Thank you so much for taking the time to read this.

It’s so true that we need to embrace more of our true selves. Sometimes we let so many things block us from embracing that confidence, love, and vibrance, but like Ray says, it’s up to you to say I’m ready!

Try it today. Take little steps towards being more confident, showing yourself self-love, and appreciating your total nature, and all the beautiful traits that you have that come along with it.

Listen To Your Heart’s Whispers

heart

All is well within you – in the place where your soul resides. Find that place within. Where all of your choices are alright. Where all of your passions are permissible. Where your secrets are safe and your voice is heard.

That place within you whispers – it’s okay to say no.

It’s okay to not feel like it.

It’s okay to cry.

It’s okay to acknowledge that you’ve been hurt, unheard, and unseen – it’s okay.

It’s okay to feel scared sometimes and equally okay to feel joy.

Your soul is not judging you. It’s not in the business of making you feel bad or feel regrets. Your feelings are just that – feelings. Nothing more. Your feelings are no more the entire make up of you than a droplet of water is the ocean.

Your soul whispers – listen to your heart. It knows when you’re tired. It knows when you’ve had enough. It knows when it’s time for a change.

Your heart takes an interest in your deepest longings. It knows when you’ve stayed too long and when you haven’t stayed long enough.

That space within you breathes the whole of you at all times and it wants you to feel what calm, reassured trust in your entire beingness feels like.

Soul Guidance – Evolution Through Dreamwork

Dreamwork

There are many things that help guide us through life

One of the ways that I receive my guidance is through my dreams.

It is so interesting to see aspects of yourself change in your dreams as you work to change your habits and thoughts in your real life.

For example, through working with my dreams, I have discovered that my grandmother (the guardian who raised me), has had a major influence on my life. My grandmother was very strict, she didn’t allow me to express, and she was a very strong (emotionless – in some ways) woman.

Anytime I go to express myself or show my emotions in real life, that aspect of me comes up and stifles that expression. I learned through working on my dreams that, that kind of tough feminine aspect hinders my creativity from expressing fully.

If you were taught to never show your emotions, never cry, never say I love you, or give hugs – etc, when you go to share something as intimate as your creativity with the world, that strict and restrictive upbringing plays a huge role in holding you back.

I no longer blame my grandmother for that aspect of myself

Yes, she influenced it, and how I was raised influenced me to deny my feminine qualities. However, I am of age and fully capable of understanding how it affected me, and I can change it.

So when I go through my day to day life, I recognize when I am experiencing that “grandmother” part of me. I can feel it. So I change it. I tell myself a different story. I empower myself to think differently, and the real magic happens when you see that aspect of yourself evolve in your dreams.

I had a dream one time that my grandmother came up to me, put her arms around me, and told me she was proud of me. She also mentioned (in the dream) that she was excited for all of the possibilities that my life had to offer.

Seeing that transformation in her in my dreams linked directly to me changing my attitude about myself and my life. My grandmother rarely did such a thing when she was living. But as I changed some of that strict patterning within myself – it showed as my grandmother more accepting of me, my femininity, my possibilities, and my dreams.

It’s truly remarkable to work with your dreams. What higher guidance can you receive other than that coming from your higher self?

Another aspect that I am working on sorting out is the “God Father” aspect of myself

My “God Father” in my dreams usually shows up as this middle aged Italian man, with lots of money, and I have in the past – avoided him at all costs in my dreams.

That “God Father” aspect is one that I have struggled with because I believe on some level that money is the root to all evil, and that in order to get the kind of success that I want – I need to do illegal things. That is the perception (through my life experience), that I picked up.

The “God Father” aspect is one that is needed in your life. God the father – the male aspect of myself responsible for supplying my needs, protecting me, and providing what I need to make it comfortably through life.

Through out the years that part of me has shown up as many different men in my dreams, but he always has that “don” or “God Father” type energy in the dream. He wears different faces, but I can tell that the male figure has the same essence each time.

Just recently however, in one of my dreams – I actually went to visit my God Father!

What a transformation

As I accept that I come from a large, dominant, wealthy family (spiritually), I change that aspect of myself. I saw the change in my dream the other night.

I am more accepting of the flow of abundance, receiving help, and the male aspect of my personality. So it actually showed me welcoming an interaction between my God Father and I, in the dream. Guess what? He asked me if I needed any money, and was going to write me a $50,000 check.

Try it

Take one of the characters that shows up in your dreams frequently and write down your description of them. Then ask yourself, where are you acting like that in your life? Or in what ways may that type of personality affect your real waking life? As you work to change that aspect, you will see that same character or another character with the same essence show up in your dreams to show the changes that you have made.

It’s very intriguing.

I hope you start to work with your dreams as a way to peel back your layers. Peeling back the layers helps expose the true you.

Thank you for reading!

Pathways To The Soul

Open To What's Possible

Open To Infinite Possibilities

The snippet below is from the new book I’m writing – Soul Guidance – Finding Your Way Home.

These words were formulated from the idea that there are several pathways to the soul.

To be patient with yourself, to trust your steps, to make way for your intuition – are all pathways to the soul.

To forgive yourself, to be easy about your life, to hold yourself in a positive light – those are all pathways to the soul.

Every pause, every redirection of negative energy, every moment that you choose love instead of fear – those are all pathways to the soul.

Acceptance of yourself, peace with your place, thoughts of what you love most – are all pathways to the soul.

Honoring your wishes, allowing your blessings, cherishing your moments here on earth – are all pathways to the soul.

Excusing your faults, forgiving your mistakes, silencing your inner critic – are all pathways to the soul.

The routes are endless, and they were made to come easily to you, but you’ve built walls around your heart to keep the bad stuff out, to block criticism, and to shield yourself from the watchful eye of others – as if you have any reason to hide yourself.

How wonderful is it to know that there are endless ways of connecting to your soul?

Soul Guidance – Finding Your Way Home

Soul Quote

Soul Goodies

So ummm yea… I am working on my new book and it’s titled “Soul Guidance – Finding Your Way Home“. I am in a very good mood today and I love the way the book is unfolding. I thought it would be nice to share some of what your soul has to say to you – so – enjoy!

Snippet From The Chapter Titled: What Is Your Soul?

Your soul is the part of you that is compassionate because it knows what it feels like to be hurt. Your soul is the part of you that understands because it knows what it feels like to be misunderstood. Your soul is the part of you that listens because it knows what it feels like to be heard and to also not be heard.

Snippet From The Chapter Titled: Listen To Your Soul’s Whispers

Your soul is not judging you. It’s not in the business of making you feel bad or feel regrets. Your feelings are just that – feelings. Nothing more. Your feelings are no more the entire make up of you than a droplet of water is the ocean.

Snippet From The Chapter Titled: The Stability Of Your Soul

You ask for mercy from God – yet you refuse to show it to yourself. You ask your loved ones to forgive you – yet you refuse to forgive yourself. You ask to be seen and heard – but yet you refuse to give attention to your most tender requests.

Snippet From The Chapter Titled: Where Is Your Soul Guiding You?

Your soul is guiding you home. Home is the place inside of you where you feel most at peace with yourself. It’s where you can be all of yourself – all of the time.

Home is the place where your heart resides. Where you love what you do and how you do it. Where you take the time to take care of what you have. It’s where you can drop your bags and your burden, and stand with arms wide open.

Thank you so much for taking the time to read my post. I really appreciate it. If you had one question to ask your soul (the benevolent, omnipresent, multi-dimensional, intelligent beingness of you) – what would it be?

Drop your question in the field below.

This book is being created because the best of me and the best of you knows that we are seeking answers to the burning questions we have about our true selves. Isn’t it wonderful to know that your soul is ready to gift you the answers that you seek? So don’t be shy. If you have a question – ask it!

Thanks again for reading! If you like the post – don’t forget to hit like, comment, and subscribe.

A Sneak Peek @ What I’m Working On

Soul Guidance

Excerpt From The New Book I Am Writing – {Soul Guidance – Finding Your Way Home}

For years, I could never quite figure out who I was or why I was put on this earth. I felt deep inside that I never quite fit into society’s ideas of me. A hard-worker, a good student, a team leader, an employee, a misfit, and a failure (to some) – all of those things were valid about me, to some extent. They didn’t however, describe what my soul knew about me.

I felt inside that there had to be more to life than just a 9 to 5. There had to be more to life than just being called a “good employee”. There had to be more to life than getting good grades just to save my ass. I never really learned anything in the classroom anyway. I memorized everything, repeated it over and over, and held a mental picture in my mind of the answers the night before most tests. I was never interested in the subjects that we studied. My motivation for getting good grades was for one reason and one reason only, to be seen as a good student in the eyes of my grandmother, my peers, and my teachers. That’s it.

Life’s burning questions were never answered in a classroom – for me – ever.

I went through the motions of participating in work and school because they were “the things I had to do” rather than “the things that stirred my soul”. For me, those things were never burning desires of mine. I wanted a paycheck – that’s why I went to work. I didn’t want to be seen as a failure – that’s why I stayed at my job way past its season. I wanted to make my grandmother proud – that’s why I got good grades in school.

There was something eating away at me. All of those years, doing all of those things, that I never really loved to do. Doing things that I could care less about just for the sake of paying the bills and getting recognition. Participating in acts of kindness because I thought God would favor me more and possibly relieve me from some of the pain that I was experiencing. Saying yes to things that I never really wanted to do, and giving people attention that didn’t deserve even a second of my time. All of those things, just to fit in.

Just recently, I found out that my soul has a different opinion of me. I was not meant to be a people pleaser, a person who fit in, a person who abided by all the rules, a person whose identity was wrapped in a job title, a person whose yes ma’ams and no ma’ams weren’t spoken out of respect, but out of fear of being reprimanded or seen as rude.

I was meant to be free. I was meant to do my own thing. To dig, probe, and search until I found what felt right for me.

I didn’t fit into society’s titles of me because I was on my way to becoming something I never thought of. I was on my way to becoming a soul writer – a writer who writes from the depths of their soul. But to do that, I had to let go of all of my preconceived notions about myself. I had to stop seeing myself as a failure because I didn’t go the same route as everyone else. I had to let go of everything that I thought defined me (a job, money, status, and family approval).

I had to stand naked and vulnerable in the mirror, with everything stripped away, and realize that none of those things were me. I had to stop seeing myself as less than, worthless, and useless. I had to stop comparing myself to other writers and measuring myself against their accomplishments. I had to know – I had everything I needed inside of me.

It all resides inside. There is nothing outside of you that you need to move forward. There is nothing outside of you that you need to bring your deepest desires to the surface. There is nothing outside of you that you need to meet your own soul. The discovery is mind-blowing, and for me – I have just started to scratch the surface.

My soul has tried to reach me through many different avenues, but I shied away afraid of what it would reveal to me. I thought that my soul would be like the others. The ones who told me that I needed to be responsible in life. And by responsible I mean follow a certain path to security. I thought my soul would chew me out for simply wanting to work from home. I thought my soul would reprimand me for wanting to work alone and for not wanting to be part of a group, but my soul said none of those things.

My soul said, “I know you deeply and intimately. I know your burning desires, and I know the person that you don’t know. I know the person that is able to find her own way. I know the person that is able to carve her own path out of life. I know the person who stands confidently in her own, and doesn’t give a damn about another person’s opinion. I know her. Would you like to meet her? If so, just breathe, calm down, center yourself, and I will guide you to her.”

Through writing this book and following my intuition I am opening up to new levels of myself. It feels so good to feel things fall into place – to feel my soul tell me “you’re hired” after years of feeling “unemployed”. I am hired to write this book. To allow the unfolding of this new piece in a way that is beneficial to me and all others that will come in contact with this work.

I am hired to say how I really feel and to feel no qualms or embarrassment about it. I am hired to open my heart to all who will listen, to speak my soul, and to find my way to the easiness of my life.

I am hired and what a joy it is!

My soul reminds me that easy and steady is the way. So there is no time limit to this new piece of work. When I am inspired I will write. Whether it be at 4:00 am or in the middle of me doing the dishes – either way when my soul calls – I will write.

I am being divinely guided and inspired and that is what I would like to feel everyday for the rest of my life.

To write words that have never been written…

To touch the heart in a way it has never been touched…

To penetrate to the core of all who read my work…

That is my mission.
