How did Day 2 of your self-discovery journaling sessions go?
If you missed it, check out the journaling guidelines here ~ it’s an invitation to connect with your higher-self.
That part of you is always there to offer assistance. The quote above explains your higher-self perfectly. Your higher-self is the best version of you. Tune in, listen to what she has to say, and trust the steps & guidance that she offers you. That wise inner part of you knows the way. Trust is the 🗝.
If you want to follow along with the 21 Days of Self-Discovery Journaling be sure to follow me on IG @spiritandmuse.
One more thing…
I have some pretty cool Pinterest boards with all kinds of inspiration (spirit inspo, art inspo, color inspo, + more) ~ be sure to Follow Me On Pinterest to ignite your spirit + inspire your creativity.
Sharing yourself creatively ~ takes guts.
Changing outdated beliefs and your old ways ~ takes guts. Learning to love yourself (unconditionally) ~ takes guts.
Whenever we are getting ready to start something new or shed our old skin, that inner critical voice shows up.
I’ve created a short soul whispers audio session to help soothe that.
Download it, use it, and play it back to yourself whenever you need it. Enjoy!

Message Of The Day ~ The Muse Is Always There ~ My son picked this out for you guys today. Visit the Instant Inspiration Gallery of Spirit & Muse for more instant inspo.
Sometimes it’s not easy to find your place in the world. There’s so much that you want to do and create, and fear and insecurity stop you from going after your dreams sometimes. It has happened to me over and over again, but I keep trusting.
I keep listening to my soul voice instead of my fears.
I have a dream to create a business that I love, that I’m passionate about, and that provides me with the security and stability I need. I’ve failed more times than I can count, but I will not give up on that vision that I see for myself. If something isn’t working, you change the plan ~ not the goal.
Check out the new site Spirit & Muse. It’s a platform I created to help ignite your spirit & inspire your creativity. I hope it inspires you to keep going ~ against all odds.

We can’t fathom the idea that something else has control and knows exactly what we need, but it does, and it’s inviting you to start creating without all the “rules” that we’re accustomed to. Here’s Creative Expression and The Fear Of Spontaneity.
Fear creeps in whenever we are starting a new project or thinking about doing something creative. The very sense that we use to preserve life, winds up getting out of control sometimes, and then blocks the creative process (altogether). Here are 3 tips to help you work around that creative fear.
