Love Letter For Those Who Can’t See Their Light

white rose

Intuitively guided to write these words to you…

Yes you.

There’s a place of goodness inside of you. No matter what you have done, no matter what they’ve called you, no matter how many negative thoughts you’ve had about yourself, no matter how many bridges you have burned, no matter how many nights you’ve stayed up thinking you were worthless – you matter.

I know it’s hard right now, and I know you can’t find your way, but I am rooting for you, because I was once where you are now, and honestly, some days, I still get low. I still shed tears. We are human.

There were many nights that I sat around waiting for someone to point out my goodness, to tell me I was worth it, and so now, as I sit here somewhat mended from my broken hearted days, I am able to give you what I once was so desperately seeking. I am here to tell you – you are enough, you have good inside of you, and you are worthy of being loved.

Forgive yourself, see your light, and don’t give up.

It’s Okay Not To Be Okay

loneliness

I use the dental office as a place to practice my skills of patience and ease.

You see, I hate the dentist (the uncomfortable chair, not being in control, the pain that comes with getting work done on my teeth) – absolutely hate it.

But I use that uncomfortable place as a testing ground for centering myself. It’s where I let myself know that it’s okay to be uncomfortable. It’s where I show myself that it’s okay to feel pain and uneasiness and that I don’t have to hide or run away from it.

You may be going through some pain right now too.

There may be some uneasiness, discomfort, a difficult situation, or insert unpleasant feeling “here” that you may be experiencing.

I am here to tell you that it’s okay to feel the way that you do.

You are going to have bad days sometimes, and that’s okay.

You are going to be unhappy sometimes and that’s okay.

Don’t let anyone make you feel like your feelings are not worthy of being explored, felt fully, and expressed.

Sometimes it seems like the world is so quick to try to make you put on a happy face or fake that everything is okay – as if there is no room for any imperfections or negative feelings at all, but the more you resist your pain, frustration, and anger – the more it shows up.

“What you resist, persists.” C.G. Jung

So what does the dental office have to do with all of this?

Well, it’s where I show myself that no matter what I am feeling – I can adjust home.

It’s where I practice trusting the moment, the skill of the doctor, and trusting my own ability to make it through whatever pain I may experience. I notice that when I loosen up and allow, it makes for a much smoother experience. Whenever you are facing an uncomfortable situation, see if you can start to view the situation as an opportunity to see how much you have grown or to practice adjusting home.

I realize that I have everything I need to make it through and so do you.

No matter what situation you are going through.

So experience it all – the pain, the frustration, the anger, and the disappointment with things not going your way. It’s okay to admit that you have these feelings and I’ll let you in on a secret – it’s okay to feel. It means that you’re human – not that you are unworthy or bad – but human.

So feel it fully and adjust home. Feel it fully and adjust home. Feel it fully and adjust home. Ride the discomfort, but have compassion for yourself and steady yourself in the midst of the storm.

Trust yourself.

Trust the process.

Trust your ability to make it through.

I’m not going to promise you that you will never have another bad day, but I will say that you will no longer have to be a slave to your pain or a prisoner to your discomfort. With practice, you will learn how to face it, embrace it, and find your center easier.

You will make it through.

Face your fears, embrace your pain, and set it free – are your ready for a BREAKTHROUGH?

Connect With Your Core

connection

Get to it, to the core, to the heart of you.

What’s there, longing to be brought forth?

Step into the silence that surrounds you in these moments, the bliss of these words, the purity of a heart at peace. Step into it.

Why are you so afraid to reside here?

Do you not feel worthy enough to let go of the past?

To give yourself another chance?

To love yourself again?

Whenever you are unsure, go to your core, and feel at peace with where you are and with who you are.

Allow yourself to meet the moment.

Indulge in it.

It’s being offered to you right now.

What stops you from frequenting this place of peace?

From finding relief from the thoughts that plague you?

Perhaps you don’t know that underneath it all – you are alright.

Now you know.

Underneath all the drama – you are alright.

You are your true self.

You are whole.

The distractions are a veil, but underneath that veil is the real you at peace, in love, on fire, in tune, open, receptive, and worthy of being seen.

Discover that part of your being.

It is with you forever.

How To Heal – 11 Things To Remember That Will Help Healing Come Easier

Healing

Healing is an art form.

It comes when you know your body, your mind, your heart, and you are willing to take the steps needed to restore yourself to your natural state of being.

We feed ourselves so much garbage, believe things about ourselves that go against our true beingness, and accept all kinds of abuse from ourselves and from others, and then we wonder why we are sick or out of balance.

It’s easy to heal once you know what’s really going on.

I am not trying to be insensitive and say, just think positive thoughts and everything will change. But what I am trying to say, is that there are certain things that our minds and bodies do not metabolize well, and that is what creates the disease or discomfort.

It’s like feeding yourself poison over and over and over again. So the logical thing to do would be to stop feeding yourself poison, and allow the body to heal naturally.

The key is to clear the mind and heart of all the negativity, junk, and poison that created the disease, discomfort, and heartache.

Clearing is nothing more than putting some space between you and the discomfort or negative situation.

It’s important that you have acknowledged that something is out of balance, and it’s even more important that you address it by taking the steps to move yourself back in the direction of well-being.

This can be done by remembering these 11 things.

1. Every moment is brand new. You do not have to hold onto discomfort.

2. You are not a bad person because you are feeling discomfort.

3. A negative experience does not mean that you are being punished. It means you have neglected your intuition, well-being, and your personal truth for too long.

4. It’s really okay to let go of the past. It means that you are giving yourself permission to be set free (as you ought to be).

5. You have help. There is divine assistance that you can tap into. Ask your angels to help you heal. Do whatever you have to do to help find some relief. If praying makes you feel better, do it. If meditation works, do it. If going for a walk helps, do it.

6. Ease up on yourself – allow your thoughts to flow through you. They are only visitors – you don’t have to set up a guest room for them.

7. Find something that calms your spirit and do it! When you do stuff that you love – you are putting space between you and the discomfort. That leaves more room for you to feel renewed.

8. Create a mantra (a phrase that you believe with all your heart), and say it in the morning when you wake up and at night before you go to bed. For example: The divine supports my well-being or my soul and I are one, align my mind, body, and spirit with that fact.

9. Trust as you move away from the conditions that created the discomfort, that you will be restored to your natural state of health and well-being.

10. Allow yourself to feel the discomfort. Talk yourself through it, and remind yourself that it’s not going to last forever. Sometimes when we struggle or resist things they tend to get worse.

11. Appreciate any moment of relief. Appreciation puts you right in the flow of your natural state of being. If you hang around in appreciation long enough, that negative situation will not be able to hang around that much longer.

No matter what you are going through, you can heal. Take the time to take care of yourself. Take the time to readjust your perspective about it. Remember, you can and will align with articles, people, and different resources that will help you heal, but you’ve got to be open to the suggestions.

Listen to your intuition and open your heart to the things that will help you realign with your natural state of well-being.

If you need additional help with realigning with your natural state of being, a Soul Guidance Session may be the right path for you. I work closely with a group of spirit guides known as Ray, and together we are excellent with coming up with solutions, meditations, and new ways to help you heal.

A Soul Guidance Consultation will help facilitate the healing process, and put you right in the state of mind that you need to be in to accept your healing.

If you would like to work with me, take a look at each offering, and choose the service that resonates with you.

Happy Healing!

Inner Work – Our Hotel Self & Finding A More Permanent Residence

The Hotel Self

The purpose of my work on this site (my writing & Soul research), is to help cultivate the feeling of home.

my work here is to also help others link with their soul and to help find new ways to keep that flow going.

Home is the place where the soul resides. Where you feel 100% comfortable with yourself, what you do, and with finding your own path through life.

Part of my work is to point out parts of our character, our beingness, and our inner selves that we don’t know exist.

I do that by coming up with different ways to view different parts of the self.

The hotel self, is the part of you that feels comfortable, in love with, and welcomed to the fullest parts of your being – only some of the time.

We treat our heartspace, our center of wellness, our inner city, or whatever you want to call it – as if it is a place that can only be accessed when we “do good”.

I pose the following questions…

Why do we reside in that space only temporarily? How do you define good and bad? And by whose standards is the good and bad in your life being compared to?

We should all be striving to find a permanent place of peace within ourselves – a sense of home.

Our hotel self however, sees glimpses of this goodness that we should have access to, and then we are right back to withholding and blocking the access to that goodness for whatever reasons.

We think that because we made decision that others don’t agree with – we don’t deserve the best of ourself. We think that because we have messed up or made a mistake in the past – we don’t deserve our consideration again.

Your soul is here to tell you,

You deserve the best of yourself at all times. No exceptions.

I remember a few months ago when I was pregnant, I received a beautiful surprise. I was invited to stay in a hotel with my husband while he tended to some business. I finally was about to get away from my routine of cooking, cleaning, and tending to my housewife duties. I remember feeling right at home when we entered the hotel room.

The room was nice and clean, beautifully furnished, and smelled like fresh linen scent. I remember having help at my finger tips (the front desk), and I could phone down to the cafeteria for anything that I wanted.

I couldn’t help but smile at myself when I passed the huge shiny mirror. I silently screamed to myself, girl you did it! You manifested a space where you can relax from your daily routine! Yes girl, you deserve it!

How long do you think those feelings of “deserving” lasted?

When I got back home from the weekend trip, I was right back to my normal state of being.

What needs to be done? How many dishes did I leave to be washed? How much can I get done, and in what period of time?

I had lost that feeling of home.

You see a part of me knows that I deserve to feel like that all of the time (pampered, catered to, help at my fingertips if I need it, beautiful, relaxed, etc). That’s why I got a glimpse of it in the form of a short trip to a beautiful hotel, but too often we (myself included – duh I said we), find any reason to hold back from our true selves.

We find every reason to justify why we don’t deserve nice things, why we don’t deserve help, or why we don’t deserve to have our desires answered at the press of a button.

How crazy is that?

This part of you that finds any excuse to deny your true self is the one hopping from hotel to hotel instead of appointing yourself as a top real estate agent, and finding yourself a permanent sense of home.

I have a few key points that can help you get on the path to cultivating a more permanent sense of home.

  • Home is a place that you can access at any time. It’s not a place where you only have access to it when you have done something good. You have the choice right now to give yourself the benefit of the the doubt, compassion, love, and care or you can withhold that from yourself because of some “wrong” you feel you have done. Becoming aware that the space is always available to you will help you connect to it more often. Once you know that something exists, you can turn in the direction of it more often.
  • There is a solution to every problem. Recognizing that will bring you right back to your center. It will bring you right back home. You have a host of angels (in human and in spirit form), that can make their way to you if you just believe that you are worthy of it. Feeling supported – is feeling at home.
  • Practice, practice, practice! So now you know that home is an inner job, you have access to it at all times, and it’s not keeping a tally of what you do that’s right or wrong. Practice visiting this space to help you come up with solutions, calm your spirit in times of trouble, feel confident, and to help you feel supported.

Home is the place where the best of you, your soul, and your goodness resides.

Practice accessing this space more frequently by trusting your intuition, turning your negative thoughts around, taking deep breaths more frequently, and appreciating every opportunity to connect.

The more ways that you learn how to connect, the easier it is to feel at home with your true nature.

Happy Home Hunting!

Thank you so much for reading!
