There’s a great alchemy practice at the end of the journaling session to help you let the situation go and there’s also a free Soul Whisper’s track called “Some Words For Your Pain” included with the journaling session.
Yes, it’s good to vent, but it’s even better to move in the direction of your healing. So I provided some tools to help you do just that.
This journaling session is an invitation to acknowledge your pain, to breathe through it, cry through it, and then give yourself permission to let it go.
