New Energy Practice: Create A “Good Things” Journal

The new year is here, and it’s time to invite in new energy.

For this “new energy” practice, I encourage you to create a “good things” journal. Usually, when people think of journaling, they think of writing down their negative thoughts. You know, like venting. But for this practice, I’m encouraging you to create a “good things” journal.

It’s where you write down all of the good things that happen to you throughout the day.

For example:

  • Got a free coffee
  • Laughed so hard my stomach hurt
  • Picked up some beautiful blooms from the market
  • My son walked for the first time today

You get the idea ~ right?

It’s a great practice to focus on all the good that happens, and it feels good to go back and read it over. So give it a try, and let me know how it goes.
